Enjoyed three nights this weekend at Savoy! The atmosphere is like that of a 70's beach hotel bar with bamboo chairs, fun patterns, and layer textures and tones. The bartenders were extremely attentive. "Feeling Honky" was a favorite cocktail. Great way to end the evening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night! Filled with both locals and Savannah visitors. Sunday we came back for a collaboration night with Soy y Soy and Jomar Santos Corujo serving up some spectacular cocktails. We enjoyed the beef and chicken arepas and the chimichurri flank steak. The house was packed with amazing energy and music thanks to the DJ who was brought in. So fun!
This place is rad, the bar staff are all kind and knowledgeable. They will make some great recommendations if you ask. I did so and was incredibly impressed with the drinks suggested. The drinks here are great, strong flavors and priced incredibly well. Definitely a high quality cocktail menu, Especially for the money! Food is also a great value, fun flavors and options and not too terribly expensive either! This is a must stop if you like good cocktail bars with a unique environment!
Stumbled across this gem while visiting Savannah. The staff are amazing! The atmosphere is hip, energetic and lively. We had drinks and cheese Charcuterie board. Refreshing, creative and oh so tasty. We enjoyed it so much , we went back our last night in town. Being from an urban area outside of Detroit, this gem hit home . I could move in . Love the neighborhood , the people. This gem needs to be on everyone's list, except bachelorette parties, keep those on the other side of town
Service is spectacular. The staff works together as a team. One enterprising server (LOVED HER!) orchestrated the use of lumber yard aprons to track and organize food orders, drink orders, tabs, payments, credit cards, and pens. So much fun! And the menu items (food and cocktails) are GREAT. It is a fresh and unique mix of light Asian, Mexican, Greek, and other dishes from other cuisines -- GET IN HERE! What are you waiting for? Loved it.
After a failed attempt to go to a nearby restaurant, we ended up at Savoy Society on our first evening in Savannah—and boy, did we feel immediately inducted! The red snapper was the best fish dish I’ve ever had, with its juicy flaky snapper, pops of vinegared veggies, browned by it tender fingerling potatoes, and addictive dipping sauce. Then the drinks were top notch. I devirginized the carrot colada and I regret nothing. Perfection. Also shoutout to our super cute and kind bartender who kept his cool the whole time, accommodated all my allergies, and never left us waiting for service or the check. 5 stars. Then can we just talk about THE VIBE??? It’s like dopamine decorating in a jungle in 1965. Tiki this, cheetah that, nailhead detail, gold, chartreuse on burgundy on sapphire on steroids. And the fish TV!!! The designer needs a promotion. We felt so at home from the first moment we walked in the door. Only complaint is that the secret must be out, because it got crowded the later we lingered. So go early, and you’ll find it hard to leave!!
My daughter was sick so we stopped in and they let us use the bathroom. She was in the there for about 30 minutes while I stood around awkward. Staff was super understanding and polite though. Finally decided to order something while waiting for her and the food was amazing. Not my usual style, but it was pretty affordable and the food was insanely good. Awesome options on the menu.
Savoy society is a cool hangout spot for locals super chill with nice decoration and good vibes. Prices are reasonable, drinks and food very good! Love going there before or after dinner it’s very chill
You can really tell that the bartenders here care about their craft. Cocktails here are so fun and unique. I got the Bizzare love triangle which was like the lovechild of a margarita and martini - WOW! I also got the Korean Meatball and Spicy Halibut sliders - also WOW! Such a fun place. If I lived in Savannah Savoys would be a weekly hangout!
